The London rivals go head-to-head in an intriguing contest which could have a major bearing on the outcome of the title race.

Arsenal will want to bounce back from their defeat at Manchester United in their last match as they face another top-of-the-table encounter. Arsene wenger believes Arsenal can respond well to the disapointing defeat. "Arsenal will want to bounce back from their defeat at Manchester United", He said.

The champions have been struggling in recent weeks, going five matches without a win in the Barclays Premier League.

The Gunners have already lost to Chelsea this season, going down 2-0 at Stamford Bridge in October.

Arsene Wenger's men have lost their last five meetings with Chelsea in all competitions and the Blues have won by a three-goal margin on their last two visits to Emirates Stadium.

Arsenal aim to boost their title challenge against the champions who have not won in their last five Barclays Premier League outings.
